Justice Quest: Disha Salian's Father Takes Legal Action Against Aaditya Thackeray

Satish Salian, father of the late Disha Salian, has initiated legal proceedings against Shiv Sena (UBT) MLA Aaditya Thackeray. He accuses Thackeray and others of involvement in a political cover-up following his daughter's death in 2020.

Accompanied by his lawyer, Satish Salian submitted a complaint to the Joint Commissioner of Police in Mumbai, demanding an FIR and a CBI probe into the incident. This follows his petition to the Bombay High Court for a fresh investigation into the circumstances surrounding Disha's death.

The high-profile case, linked to actor Sushant Rajput's death, raises claims of rape and murder. The petition may be heard in early April, where Thackeray intends to counter the allegations. "I am expecting justice for my daughter," Satish Salian stated, emphasizing his pursuit for truth.
