A devastating fire broke out at a bus stand in Madhya Pradesh's Singrauli district, resulting in the tragic death of a 25-year-old helper, Harish Panika. The incident occurred just after midnight on Tuesday.
The initial spark ignited one of two stationary buses at the Waidhan town facility, spreading rapidly to the second vehicle. In a desperate bid to escape, the driver and conductor fled to safety, but Panika, asleep in the central part of the bus, succumbed to the flames.
Emergency services, including fire tenders and police, responded promptly to extinguish the fire. Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the cause of this fatal incident.
