The 23-year-old jumped from the MMTS train bound for Medchal, sustaining severe injuries in her courageous bid for freedom, according to local police officials.

The event unfolded in the ladies coach of the train, where the woman was traveling alone. As per her statement, after two female passengers had alighted at Alwal station, an unidentified man, approximately 25 years old, approached her demanding sexual favors. In refusing him, she was left with no choice but to jump, police sources reported.

The Government Railway Police have initiated a thorough investigation, organizing multiple teams to track down the suspect using CCTV footage and eyewitness accounts. The victim is currently under medical observation, recovering from injuries, and has expressed her readiness to identify the perpetrator if encountered again.
