Delhi Police have apprehended a 20-year-old man accused of stealing cash from a temple in Sultanpuri. The suspect, identified as Varun, allegedly broke into the donation box at Shree Ram Mandir Trust.

Authorities captured him in the Raj Park area after analyzing CCTV footage and activating informants. During interrogation, Varun admitted to using the stolen money to buy a second-hand laptop and kitchen items.

Deputy Commissioner Sachin Sharma confirmed the recovery of some of the goods and cash. The investigation also tied Varun to another theft incident involving temple brass utensils.
