Influencer brothers Andrew and Tristan Tate have departed Romania to the United States following the lifting of a travel ban, according to official statements on Thursday.

The brothers face charges involving human trafficking and forming a criminal organization to exploit women sexually. The circumstances surrounding their departure remain uncertain as authorities have yet to fully disclose the conditions of their release.

Both Andrew, 38, and Tristan, 36, retain dual US-British citizenship and initially faced arrest near Bucharest in late 2022, along with two Romanian women. While prosecutors have formally indicted them, the brothers, staunch supporters of Donald Trump, have consistently denied the allegations.
