The Tripura government has sanctioned the recruitment of 313 positions across various state departments, as confirmed by a senior minister on Monday. The finance department will see the addition of 140 auditors, while 104 individuals will join the forest department.

The council of ministers, in its latest meeting on Saturday, approved the hiring proposal, according to Tourism Minister Sushanta Chowdhury. Recruitment boards will be set up by the relevant departments to expedite the hiring process and fill these vacancies swiftly.

Applicants must possess Permanent Residence of Tripura (PRT) certificates to qualify for the selection tests. In related news, plans are underway for the inauguration of the redeveloped Tripureswari temple, with PM Modi and Home Minister Shah invited by Chief Minister Manik Saha.
