The kidnapped vice-president, Nimananda Pradhan, went missing on February 12, prompting his wife Sujata to file a police complaint. Initial investigations revealed discrepancies; notably, a new driver was employed on the day of the disappearance. Quick coordination among law enforcement agencies across Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, and West Bengal was instrumental in unraveling the crime's origin.
