Montenegro Mourns After Devastating Mass Shooting

In a harrowing incident that has left Montenegro in mourning, a man identified as Aco Martinovic, 45, shot and killed 12 people before taking his own life in the small town of Cetinje. The act stands as one of the country's worst mass killings.
Martinovic's spree began at a restaurant following an altercation and extended to three other locations, where he killed eight more victims, including two children and his sister. Police director Lazar Scepanovic revealed that all the victims were acquaintances of Martinovic.
As the nation grapples with the tragedy, Prime Minister Milojko Spajic has declared three days of national mourning. The government plans to address illegal weapon proliferation in a National Security Council session, with a focus on implementing tighter gun control measures.
