A late-night dispute between two families in New Ashok Nagar, east Delhi, resulted in the mysterious death of a 70-year-old woman. The incident has led to the filing of cross FIRs, authorities confirmed on Thursday.
The woman, Savitri Devi, reportedly experienced health problems shortly after the quarrel and was taken to a hospital in Noida, where she was pronounced dead, according to the police.
The altercation occurred between December 30 and 31, prompting the involvement of New Ashok Nagar police. Investigations are ongoing, and a post-mortem examination will seek to determine the exact cause of her death, police officials stated.
