Major Drug Bust: 665 kg of Ganja Seized in Rajasthan
Authorities in Rajasthan's Bhilwara district, in conjunction with Bijolia police, confiscated over 665 kg of illegal ganja from a truck on National Highway 37. The operation, led by Inspector General of Police Om Prakash, resulted in the arrest of suspected smuggler Bhagchand Luhar. The drugs are valued at Rs 3.33 crore.

A collaborative operation by authorities in Rajasthan has led to the seizure of more than 665 kg of illegal ganja. The Bhilwara district's special team, alongside Bijolia police, conducted the bust on a truck traveling National Highway 37.
The operation was spearheaded by Inspector General of Police for the Ajmer Range, Om Prakash, who coordinated the successful intercept. Officials arrested a 28-year-old suspect, Bhagchand Luhar, alleged to be involved in drug smuggling activities.
The recovered drugs hold an estimated international market value of around Rs 3.33 crore, the officials disclosed, marking a significant breakthrough in the region's efforts against illegal narcotics trade.
