Additional Sessions Judge Twinkle Wadhwa presided over the case involving Mohammad Alam and Rubba, implicated in the alleged attack on Firoz Khan in April 2020.
Despite the prosecution's claims of a violent assault linked to a financial dispute, the absence of primary evidence led the court to clear the duo of all charges, underscoring the importance of direct testimony in legal proceedings.
