A significant burglary occurred at a businessman's home in Mathura, with thieves making off with cash and jewellery valued at Rs 30 lakh, police reported on Wednesday. The incident happened while the family attended a local event, leaving their home vulnerable.
Circle officer Sweta Singh stated that six police teams, along with a surveillance crew, have been deployed for investigation. According to officials, the robbers breached the main gate lock of Sushil Dewan's house, who owns the Mangalam Saree Showroom.
CCTV footage captured two individuals arriving in a car, methodically opening the house and locker before fleeing with the valuables. Authorities continue to analyze the footage for clues as the search intensifies.
