A 35-year-old man named Mohit died after a violent altercation with four individuals in Delhi's Bapa Nagar, authorities reported. The conflict, which erupted from a drunken argument, escalated around 3:30 am.
Three of the accused involved in the assault were tenants residing in Mohit's home, as confirmed by Deputy Commissioner of Police (Central) M Harsha Vardhan. The dispute took a fatal turn, leading to Mohit suffering severe injuries.
After being rushed to a hospital, Mohit succumbed to his injuries. A murder case has been filed, and all four suspects were apprehended within six hours of the incident. Investigations revealed that the suspects, who claim juvenile status, work in local denim factories. Authorities are verifying their ages.
