The Gurugram Police have successfully foiled a robbery attempt, apprehending three suspects near the Signature Global building on Fazilpur road in Badshahpur, according to official statements released on Tuesday.

Upon their arrest, authorities seized a country-made pistol, an iron rod, six mobile phones, a motorcycle, a scooter, and an auto-rickshaw. The arrests were made following a tip-off about a planned heist near the building on Monday night. A police team from Sector 39 swiftly conducted a raid, leading to the capture of Prakash (26), Sumit alias Lala (29), both Gurugram locals, and Devender alias Deva (22) from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

During interrogation, the suspects admitted to committing nine thefts across the district. Police records indicate Prakash is implicated in four criminal cases, while Devender faces charges in two theft incidents in Gurugram, a police spokesperson confirmed.
