In a fiery criticism, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge slammed BJP administrations, accusing them of holding an anti-Dalit and anti-tribal mindset detrimental to marginalized communities. He alleges systemic atrocities continue unabated under a 'Manuvaad' ideology.
Kharge cited shocking incidents: a Dalit youth's murder in Madhya Pradesh, a tribal woman's desperate search for medical care in Maharashtra, and forced suicide of a Dalit student in Haryana, among others. The Congress leader highlighted the silence of authorities in caste-based violence cases, questioning the effectiveness of the police.
Asserting a doubling of crimes against minorities since 2014, Kharge vowed that the Congress Party would staunchly defend constitutional rights against the anti-constitutional ideologies of the BJP and RSS.
