Maharashtra Doctor and Nephew's Police Remand Extended in Security Guard Murder Case
A Latur court extended the police remand of Dr. Pramod Ghuge and his nephew, Aniket Munde, till January 6. They were arrested for the alleged murder of a security guard at Icon Hospital. The guard, Balu Bharat Dongre, died on December 11 after being beaten. A third accused, Jayram Kamble, is in custody until January 1.

A court in Maharashtra's Latur has extended the police remand of a doctor, Dr. Pramod Ghuge, and his nephew, Aniket Munde, until January 6, following their arrest for the alleged murder of a security guard at Icon Hospital.
The victim, Balu Bharat Dongre, was brutally attacked and succumbed to his injuries on December 11, leading to a murder case being filed at the Shivajinagar police station against Dr. Ghuge and Munde.
Authorities captured Dr. Ghuge at an ashram in Haridwar on December 23, while Munde was detained on the night between December 25 and 26. A third suspect, hospital accountant Jayram Kamble, was also arrested and remains in police custody until January 1, according to Inspector Dilip Sagar.
