Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, accompanied by Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi, visited the Army War College (AWC) to understand its pivotal role in developing future military leaders capable of handling diverse conflicts.

During their visit, Commandant Lieutenant General HS Sahi presented insights on cutting-edge training strategies implemented at the Mhow-based institution. The AWC's training regime now incorporates jointness in multi-domain operations, advanced technological integration, and strategic collaborations with academic institutions, industries, and CAPF officers.

The minister also paid homage at the Infantry War Memorial, honoring the sacrifices of Indian soldiers. His two-day visit to Mhow further included tours to the Infantry School and the Military College of Telecommunication Engineering, highlighting the broader spectrum of military education and training conducted in the region.
