A Mongolian national was found disoriented near Antu station in Uttar Pradesh and identified by local police as Khurelbataar Batsuri, officials reported on Wednesday.
The 37-year-old was discovered on November 6 in a state of confusion, confirmed Additional Superintendent of Police (East) Durgesh Kumar Singh, who also noted the language barrier during the identification process.
Police in Antu completed the necessary legal procedures and ensured Batsuri's safe escort to the Mongolian embassy in New Delhi, facilitating his return home.
