In Chhindwara district of Madhya Pradesh, two brave women faced a terrifying wolf attack, ultimately battling and killing the predator. The daring act brought them commendation from the Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, who also confirmed a financial aid of Rs 1 lakh.
The frightening encounter occurred last week while Bhujlo Bai and Durga Bai were safeguarding their crops in Khakra Chourai village. The wolf seriously injured Bhujlo Bai, but the duo managed to fend off the attack using a shovel, protecting their lives and livelihood.
The local government has stepped in to cover Bhujlo Bai's medical treatment costs, expressing readiness to transport her to Bhopal if necessary. Chief Minister Yadav personally reached out to them, reinforcing the community's appreciation for their heroism.
