Allegedly killed by K C Hamsa, who feared punishment after she suffered severe burns, Sofia's remains were finally returned to her family for a formal funeral, granting them the solace they've long sought.
The teenager's remains, preserved as vital evidence, now rest in Coorg, bringing a measure of peace to those who loved her.
