In a bid to equip newly elected members with the necessary legislative tools, the Haryana Legislative Assembly hosted a comprehensive training programme on Tuesday evening at the Haryana Niwas Complex.

This initiative primarily targeted the 40 first-time legislators among the 90-member assembly, aiming to familiarize them with the rules and proceedings of the House.

The session, graced by assembly speaker Harvinder Kalyan along with minister Krishan Lal Panwar and ex-chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, reinforced the legislature's commitment to public welfare and effective governance. More than 60 MLAs attended, marking the programme as a significant precursor to the upcoming winter session.
