In a recent webinar titled 'Citizen-Centric Services Provided by Panchayati Raj Institutions,' Bharadwaj emphasized the importance of digital integration for improving efficiency and accessibility in rural governance. He outlined plans to unify various service delivery portals, facilitating easier access to services and promoting a more responsive governance framework.
Highlighting state-led initiatives like Karnataka's Panchamitra, Gujarat's eSeva, and Kerala's ILGMS as benchmarks for digital governance, officials underscored the role of PRIs in enhancing transparency and direct service provision. The webinar served as a platform to discuss the transformative impact of digital solutions on rural service delivery, forming a part of the Ministry of Panchayati Raj's vision for inclusive, sustainable rural development.
