Gangster's Wife Caught in Rs 2 Crore Extortion Plot

In a significant turn of events, the Gurugram Police arrested Manisha, the wife of notorious gangster Kaushal Chaudhary, on charges of extortion. She allegedly demanded Rs 2 crores from a hotel owner, threatening to open fire if the payment was not made, authorities stated.
Operating on behalf of the Kaushal Chaudhary and Amit Dagar gang, Manisha's intimidation tactics included death threats via telephone. The daring extortion attempt led to her arrest by a specialized Manesar crime unit. She is under police remand following her court appearance.
The police investigation revealed Manisha's involvement in a past shooting at Hotel Highway King in Rajasthan and supplying illegal arms. With previous cases of extortion and murder against her, Manisha's criminal history is under scrutiny, underscoring the influence of notorious gang factions in the region.
