A Pakistani court has issued a comprehensive 14-page questionnaire to former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his spouse, Bushra Bibi, relating to a GBP 190 million settlement case. The court requires responses from Khan regarding his alleged misuse of funds in favor of facilitating a prominent property tycoon.

The allegations suggest that the couple, in cahoots with former special assistant Shahzad Akbar, improperly benefited from land acquisitions while allowing the misallocation of GBP 171.159 million meant for the state of Pakistan. The questionable transaction emerged as part of a settlement with Britain's National Crime Agency.

Khan's legal team, having concluded the cross-examination with witnesses at Adiala jail, is preparing the final statements. The charges involve a significant sum reportedly linked to a confidential agreement approved without disclosure during Khan's premiership. As trustees of the Al-Qadir Trust, Khan and Bibi allegedly amassed land to establish an educational institute—further complicating the legal narrative.
