Hezbollah has announced that it has not received any official truce proposals for Lebanon, despite Israel's foreign minister's comments on diplomatic progress. According to Mohammad Afif, head of Hezbollah's media office, initial discussions have occurred, but no official agreements have been presented.
Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar indicated on Monday that while progress has been made in ceasefire talks, enforcing the agreements remains crucial. Reports suggest a proposed ceasefire may require Hezbollah to retreat north of the Litani River, limiting military presence near Israel's border.
According to Israeli media, drafts were exchanged between Israel and Lebanon through efforts by U.S. envoy Amos Hochstein, pointing toward potential advancements in achieving a ceasefire agreement.
