Shirur MLA's Son Escapes Alleged Kidnapping and Extortion Plot

In a dramatic turn of events ahead of the Maharashtra assembly elections, Rushiraj Pawar, the son of NCP (SP) MLA Ashok Pawar, has alleged a harrowing kidnapping attempt by a group demanding Rs 10 crore.
According to the FIR, the alleged perpetrators lured Rushiraj under the guise of a meeting with potential party joiners, subsequently taking him to a bungalow.
Claiming he was forced to film an obscene video, Rushiraj managed to escape and report the crime, leading to an FIR against four individuals by local authorities.
