In an address from his hometown, Dera Ismail Khan, the JUI-F leader highlighted how his party's involvement was crucial in reducing the bill's clauses. Initially composed of 56 clauses, JUI-F's negotiation efforts narrowed it down to 27.
Rehman criticized other political entities, accusing some members of bargaining votes, and emphasized that without the support of his eight-member party, an undesirable version of the bill could have passed.
