The ruling, delivered by Additional Sessions Court Judge Jitendra Singh Kushwaha, found them guilty under IPC sections related to murder.
The prosecution detailed a chilling account, revealing that Munde, provoked by his third wife Payal, strangled his son on May 14, 2023, in Tejaji Nagar, documenting the act in a video sent to Payal. This video was later recovered by police.
