The prosecution detailed a chilling account, revealing that Munde, provoked by his third wife Payal, strangled his son on May 14, 2023, in Tejaji Nagar, documenting the act in a video sent to Payal. This video was later recovered by police.

The court ordered measures for the minor child left behind by the couple, emphasizing the need for proper education and safeguarding from negative influences, aiming to integrate him into society responsibly.
