While no pleas have been entered yet, Rudakubana is facing additional charges for producing the deadly toxin ricin and possessing an al Qaeda training manual. Merseyside Chief Constable Serena Kennedy emphasized that the stabbings are not suspected to be terrorism-related, noting no ricin was found at the crime scene.
