Russian President Vladimir Putin will not meet North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui during her visit to Russia, according to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov. Choe arrived in Vladivostok on Tuesday, following NATO's statement on North Korean military support for Russia in Ukraine.
Choe plans to continue her diplomatic mission in Moscow on Wednesday. Despite her presence, President Putin has not confirmed any meetings with her, Peskov reiterated.
Amidst the geopolitical tensions, discussions continue around the role and presence of North Korean troops reported to be aiding Russian efforts in Ukraine.
