The Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), a militant group, has claimed responsibility for an attack earlier this week on the Turkish defense company TUSAS, which resulted in the deaths of five individuals in Ankara. This announcement was made via a statement released on Friday.
On Wednesday, two assailants, identified as a man and a woman, targeted the headquarters of Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAS) in Ankara. They launched the assault with automatic rifles and explosives, leading to extensive casualties.
In addition to the five fatalities, 22 people sustained injuries during the violent attack, marking a significant escalation in the ongoing conflict between the PKK and Turkish authorities.
