The tumultuous region of Kashmir has been rocked by a deadly militant attack, resulting in the deaths of four individuals, including two soldiers. This marks the second such attack this week, further spotlighting the fragile security situation in the area.
Thursday's attack unfolded in the Bota Pathri region close to Kashmir's border with Pakistan. Alongside the fallen soldiers, two army porters also lost their lives, while three soldiers sustained injuries. Authorities have mobilized a significant search operation, deploying additional reinforcements in an effort to track down those responsible.
The incident occurs amid political changes, highlighted by a newly formed government from an opposition alliance taking control of the territory.
