According to officials, the suspects, Shivshankar Chaurasia, Munna Paswan, and Raju Vishwakarma, were apprehended within a week of the alleged assault, which occurred on October 8 near Mota Borsara village. Chaurasia, however, passed away in custody due to health complications.

The district superintendent of police, Hitesh Joysar, lauded the quick action and extensive efforts of the officers involved. The chargesheet includes testimonies from 60 witnesses and various forensic reports, underscoring the gravity and urgency to ensure the accused face the harshest penalties under the law.
