Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has criticized the Samajwadi Party government, alleging that jobs were allocated based on influence and monetary power rather than merit before 2017.
During an event for newly recruited youths, Adityanath emphasized the transparency and fairness of his administration's recruitment processes, which cover government, private sector, and contractual jobs. This shift, he claims, has helped Uttar Pradesh experience rapid growth across various sectors.
The Chief Minister highlighted that his government has overseen nearly seven lakh recruitments, enabling local employment for UP residents who previously sought jobs elsewhere.
