Ecuadorean Criminal Leaders Captured in Spain: A Major Breakthrough
Ecuadorean police have successfully captured two alleged criminal leaders, Commander Willy and his brother Alex, involved in a TV station attack. They were apprehended in Spain on false documentation. Authorities accuse them of car bombs, contract killings, extortion, and the murder of a prosecutor.
Ecuadorean police announced a significant breakthrough on Wednesday with the arrest of two alleged criminal leaders in Spain. These individuals were reportedly responsible for the audacious storming of a TV station earlier this year.
The suspects, identified as 'Commander Willy' and his brother Alex, are believed to be leading figures in the Los Tiguerones gang. The police used social media to inform the public about their capture, while local media revealed their full names as William and Alex Alcivar.
Authorities accuse them of a series of severe crimes, including planting car bombs, conducting contract killings, extortion, and an infamous live attack on the TC television studio. This incident led the government to classify 22 gangs as terrorist organizations. The duo is also allegedly responsible for murdering an Ecuadorean prosecutor who was investigating their criminal activities.
