In a shocking incident, more than a dozen workers were injured following a severe explosion at the Ordnance Factory Khamaria in Jabalpur district of Madhya Pradesh on Tuesday morning, according to officials.
The explosion, which occurred around 9.45 am, was reported during the refilling of explosive materials in bombs. Among the injured, two are in critical condition, and one worker remains unaccounted for, possibly trapped under debris.
Eyewitnesses reported that the blast was so intense it was audible several kilometres away. Authorities have initiated a probe into the incident, with rescue operations actively underway.
