Deadly Affair in Jamshedpur: Love Triangle Leads to Arrest

A 31-year-old man, Sumit Mandal, was arrested in Jamshedpur for murdering 25-year-old Rohit Kumar Singh over an alleged affair with Mandal's wife. Mandal, also known as Babu Bangali, confessed to the crime during police interrogation. Another suspect, Kundan Singh, surrendered while the third accomplice remains at large.

A chilling case emerged in Jamshedpur as a 31-year-old man identified as Sumit Mandal was taken into police custody for the murder of Rohit Kumar Singh. Police reported that the murder occurred due to an alleged affair between Singh and Mandal's wife.

Rohit Kumar Singh, aged 25, was fatally shot while in his sleep early on October 14 in the Kitadih area, according to authorities. In interrogation, Mandal, known locally as Babu Bangali, admitted to committing the crime with his brother-in-law, Kundan Singh, and another accomplice.

Kundan Singh has since surrendered to the court, while efforts to apprehend the remaining suspect are ongoing. In a separate operation, police seized arms and ammunition at Baroda ghat, arresting four individuals on related charges.
