Horrific Train Abduction and Assault Incident Sparks Outrage
A 22-year-old woman was abducted and gang-raped during a train journey on the Kota-Etawah Express. The perpetrators held her captive for five hours before abandoning her. A Zero FIR has been registered, and the case has been transferred to the Government Railway Police for further investigation.

A 22-year-old woman has been the victim of a brutal abduction and gang-rape while traveling on the Kota-Etawah Express train. The incident unfolded when the woman was being returning from her maternal uncle's residence in Bhind, Madhya Pradesh, according to officials.
The case came to light after the father of the victim lodged a complaint, revealing that his daughter was administered a sedative, rendering her unconscious, before being taken from the train on October 12. Local law enforcement, led by Superintendent of Police Satyapal Singh, has since been investigating the disturbing case.
The trauma for the victim did not end with the abduction. Upon regaining consciousness, she found herself in the company of three assailants who had sexually assaulted her. The suspects then abandoned her near Ujjaini village in an unconscious state, where locals fortunately assisted her in contacting her family and reporting the crime to the police. The FIR has been registered and further investigation by the Government Railway Police is underway.
