The manhunt initiated after Siddique was tragically shot in Mumbai. The police are now tracing the movements of the prime suspect, Shivkumar Gautam, believed to be the shooter, amid claims of his presence in Madhya Pradesh. Three individuals have already been apprehended in relation to the case.
The investigation also involves examining a social media post, potentially linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, claiming responsibility for Siddique's assassination. The crime branch is exploring multiple facets, including political or business rivalry and a slum rehabilitation dispute as possible motives.
