Escalating Tensions: Iran Criticizes Israel's Actions

In a firm statement, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has urged Israel to cease its attacks on innocent civilians, highlighting concerns over ongoing violence in the Middle East.

During a conversation with a Russian journalist in Turkmenistan, Pezeshkian criticized the sharp escalation of Israel's military operations against Lebanon's Hezbollah, which is supported by Iran.

Following a deadly Israeli strike in Beirut that killed 22 and injured over 100, the region remains tense amidst fears of further conflict escalation, with Israel justifying its operations in response to rocket fire from Hezbollah.
