Russian military aggression against Ukraine continued with devastating effectiveness this week, striking both civilians and critical infrastructure, Ukrainian authorities revealed. At least 10 people sustained injuries overnight and throughout Thursday's attacks.

In the early afternoon, Mykolaiv witnessed the launch of two ballistic missiles, targeting essential infrastructure, resulting in two injuries and significant equipment damage, as confirmed by regional Governor Vitaliy Kim. Meanwhile, shelling in Kherson impaired energy resources, causing widespread power outages, according to Roman Mrochko, the head of the local military administration.

The southeastern city of Zaporizhzhia was subjected to guided bombs, injuring six people, including a teenager, and damaging numerous buildings. This wave of strikes also reached Kryvyi Rih, where a drone attack damaged a five-storey building, as Dnipropetrovsk Governor Serhiy Lysak reported. Ukraine's air force successfully intercepted 41 drones from Russian forces but further threats remain in regions like Odesa and Poltava.
