Chief Minister Atishi emphasized the government's ongoing efforts to uplift residential areas, regardless of socio-economic status. The Cabinet resolved to raise the development funds in a meeting led by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, adding Rs 5 crore per MLA annually.
Atishi spotlighted that the funds in Delhi are threefold compared to other states. With Assembly polls approaching in February, this move underscores the government's dedication to local improvements.
