A barrage of Russian airstrikes has injured four individuals and inflicted damage on 29 buildings in Zaporizhzhia, a key southeastern Ukrainian city, according to the region's governor. Ukraine's national police reported the use of glide bombs by Russian forces in three assaults on the city.

Zaporizhzhia, an essential industrial and logistical center, has faced continuous attacks by Russian guided bombs in recent times. The Zaporizhzhia region, essential for its logistics and industrial significance and host to Europe's largest nuclear power plant, remains partially under Russian control after claims of annexation by Moscow.

Meanwhile, in Kryvyi Rih, a Russian drone attack resulted in one injury and considerable damage to a five-story residential building, sparking a fire. Dnipropetrovsk regional governor Serhiy Lysak noted that emergency services rescued six people from the wreckage and extinguished the fire. A separate cruise missile strike in Mykolaiv damaged a storage facility, igniting a fire that was subsequently brought under control, according to Mykolaiv governor Vitaliy Kim.
