Brazil's top prosecutor has advised the country's Supreme Court that there are no further obstacles preventing the reinstatement of the social media platform X, previously shut down due to legal issues.

This recommendation is the final requirement set by Supreme Court Judge Alexandre de Moraes before the tech company can resume operations in Brazil.

Platform X was suspended in August for non-compliance with court orders on hate speech moderation and failure to appoint a legal representative. Elon Musk reversed his stance, blocking contentious accounts and appointing a local representative, in response to court demands.
