Kinhbac City and Trump Organization Join Forces for $1.5 Billion Golf Resort in Vietnam

Vietnam's real estate giant, Kinhbac City (KBC), has announced a partnership with The Trump Organization to develop a substantial $1.5 billion project, encompassing a golf course and hotel in Vietnam's Hung Yen province.

The collaboration materialized through a memorandum of understanding signed during Vietnamese President To Lam's visit to the U.S. in late September. The project will include two 54-hole golf courses, a network of luxury hotels and resorts, and a modern residential complex.

An August analysis by Reuters highlighted that the golf course sector represents a significant revenue stream for The Trump Organization. Eric Trump expressed enthusiasm about entering the Vietnamese luxury market. Details regarding the construction timeline remain undisclosed.
