Inspection Uncovers Controversy: MUDA Sites Linked to CM Siddaramaiah’s Family
Lokayukta officials have inspected 14 MUDA sites allocated to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's wife. Social activist Snehamayi Krishna was present during the inspection. On Friday, Lokayukta officials conducted a spot inspection of 14 sites alleged to have been illicitly allotted to Parvathi B M, wife of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. The inspection was carried out in conjunction with Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) and district administration representatives, according to official sources.
Social activist Snehamayi Krishna, among the complainants in the MUDA matter, was present as required by the Lokayukta during the inspection process. Krishna informed reporters about his summons for the procedural check of these sites.
The investigation into over 14 sites allocated to the CM's wife is ongoing, with the MUDA moving to revoke the sale deeds following Parvathi B M's decision to surrender the plots.
