The complaint accuses Manaf of exploiting the family's grief for his own ends, including launching a YouTube channel with Arjun's photo. Authorities are also investigating defamatory social media propaganda allegedly linked to Manaf.
Manaf faces charges under sections of the Kerala Police Act, while Arjun's family accuses him of using their emotional turmoil for personal gain, a claim he denies. Despite the accusations, Manaf remains regretful if his actions were seen as controversial.
