Senior Army Officer Briefs J&K Lieutenant Governor on Security Situation

A senior Army officer briefed Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday regarding the prevailing security situation along the Line of Control (LoC) and counter-terror operations in the Valley.
The briefing was provided by Lt Gen Rajiv Ghai, the general officer commanding (GoC) of the Army's Srinagar-based Chinar Corps, at the Raj Bhavan. Lt Gen Ghai outlined the current security landscape and ongoing counter-terrorism efforts.
The Chinar Corps, in a post on X, reiterated its commitment to maintaining peace and security in Kashmir.
