Three civilians were killed and three others wounded during an Israeli airstrike on Syria's capital, Damascus, on Wednesday, according to a military source quoted by the Syrian state news agency SANA.
The airstrike reportedly targeted a residential building in the Mezzah suburb in western Damascus.
