A 38-year-old man was killed in the Mangolpuri area following a verbal altercation with his drunk tenant, whose juvenile son fatally stabbed him, police reported on Tuesday.

The police have apprehended Babloo (38) and his son after receiving a distress call on the night between Monday and Tuesday. Upon arrival, officers found Sarvesh and his son, Sunny, had been rushed to the hospital, where Sarvesh was pronounced dead.

According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (outer) Jimmy Chiram, an altercation ensued when Sarvesh and Sunny tried to stop Babloo from causing a disturbance. The confrontation escalated, leading Babloo's son to stab Sarvesh. The police later arrested Babloo near SGM Hospital and secured the weapon after apprehending his son. Further investigation is ongoing.
